Dealers will gain F&I product marketing skills and insights in RVDA’s upcoming “Help Me Solve…” webinar with Protective Asset Protection. The 30-minute webinar features RVDA-endorsed providers and support dealer learning and growth. The Protective webinar will be held at 3 p.m. ET July 24. RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “This webinar will include valuable information for RV dealers and their staff looking to increase their F&I penetration and increase customer satisfaction.” RVDA has endorsed Protective’s XtraRide service contract for more than 30 years. Protective Vice President of Specialty Sales and Training Bill Koster said, “This discussion is designed to make dealers aware of the many available resources to not only increase customer satisfaction but to also add revenue.” The webinar will detail skills such as: Educating the sales team on F&I benefits and features. Personalizing products to consumer needs and providing consumer testimonials from former clients. Conveying transparency with costs, benefits and limitations to build consumer trust. Providing after-sales support including easy access to service, quick claims processing and regular follow-up.
